Seychelles Investment Forum in Hong Kong - “For building stronger partnerships”
The Embassy of the Republic of Seychelles, on behalf of the Seychelles Investment Board (SIB), and in partnership with the Seychelles Honorary Consulate General in Hong-Kong and Macau, and Seychelles Trade and Investment Representation in Hong-Kong cordially invites you to attend the 7th edition of the Seychelles International Investment Forum to be held at the Langham Place Hotel, Mongkok, Hong Kong on Tuesday 25th June 2013, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
H.E. Mr. Pierre Laporte, the Minister responsible for investment in Seychelles shall be present at the launching of this event and so shall a number of Chief Executives of relevant agencies involved with Investment.
The primary aim of this Forum will be to provide potential investors from mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau with the following:

adequate information on the Seychelles business and economic climate + future expected growth; |

showcase Seychelles tourism potential; air access and opportunities for investment in tourism sector; |

introduction of the Seychelles petroleum sector with our own contribution to the regional petroleum trade and oil exploration respectively; |

the Seychelles mari-culture plan and development in the fisheries sector; |
| - |
the Seychelles strategy for enhancing its attractiveness as a venue for international business (including trust and ethics, professionalism and competence); |

the various offshore / international products on offer and how Seychelles products differ (Trust, IBC’s, CSL’s and Foundations); and |
| - |
an overview of offshore banking in Seychelles and so much more.... |
Participants will have the opportunity to hold one to one meetings with the various speakers and also network with representatives from the Seychelles private / business sector.
Seychelles has a well-deserved reputation as an exquisite retreat in the Indian Ocean and is now slowly becoming one of the most sought after destination for investment: it is strategically located in the South Eastern Indian Ocean; is politically stable; has a comprehensive legislative, administrative and investment framework; and has recently made important changes in its economic landscape.
